Stream Realty Partners helped Texas Capital Bank lock in a new, long-term lease in a state-of-the-art office space in Richardson for its expanding technology and operations departments.

Located at 1001 E. Lookout Drive on the Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Texas campus, the office will offer the bank an efficient workspace as it merges two locations for more succinct operations. Texas Capital Bank will relocate to four floors in the building in 2023.

“The relocation of our offices in Richardson to one unified campus allows us to effectively and efficiently build the talent and resources of our technology and operations departments, which are crucial to the execution of our strategy as we remain dedicated to building the most comprehensive financial services firm headquartered in Texas,” said John Cummings, Executive Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer of Texas Capital Bank. “As we aim to be the employer of choice for people interested in growing their careers in financial services and technology, this workspace allows us to provide top-of-the-line accommodations for our hardworking and talented teams.”

The two-building Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Texas campus offers a multi-level parking garage, auditorium that accommodates up to 300 people, and a fitness center.

“We are excited to have assisted Texas Capital Bank in identifying a solution for its technology and operations center,” said Randy Cooper, Vice Chairman at Stream, a national real estate services, development, and investment company. “This new facility will support the bank’s growth plans and initiatives for many years to come.”

Cooper, Managing Director Craig Wilson, and Vice President Amber Gibson with Stream represented Texas Capital Bank in the transaction.
