New Director of Market Intelligence & Technology to Build Scalable Research Platform Across Key Florida Markets
MIAMI – April 23, 2026 – Stream Realty Partners, a national commercial real estate firm offering an integrated platform of services, announces the hiring of Ben Landes as Director of Market Intelligence & Technology for the State of Florida. Based in Miami, Ben will lead the firm’s research platform throughout Florida, driving data strategy, market intelligence, and technology integration to support business development and client service.
In this role, Landes will expand Stream Florida’s research and technology platform across South Florida, Tampa, and Orlando. His work will span office and industrial sectors, delivering the market intelligence that helps corporate clients identify optimal locations, supporting landlords in attracting and retaining tenants, and giving brokerage teams the data they need to win competitive pursuits. He will produce market forecasts, portfolio analysis, and custom research solutions tailored to each client’s strategic objectives. The result is research that provides actionable insights and gives Stream’s clients a clearer, more complete picture of the opportunities and risks that matter most to their business.
“Ben brings a unique combination of research expertise and technology fluency that directly addresses where this market is headed,” said Greg Katz, Executive Managing Director & Partner at Stream. “Data and AI are reshaping how clients make real estate decisions, and as we continue to expand our Florida presence, having a centralized, intelligence-riven research platform will be critical to helping our clients stay ahead of that shift, and our teams stay competitive in the field.”
Ben brings nearly a decade of experience at the intersection of commercial real estate, data, and technology. He joins Stream from JLL, where he spent seven years, most recently serving as Director of Technology Advisory. In that role, he worked directly with corporate and institutional clients to translate complex business challenges into technology solutions, designing and deploying AI-powered tools supporting market intelligence, deal management, and portfolio strategy, while driving adoption of new technologies across brokerage and research teams. He began his career in research, developing data-driven analytics and market intelligence tools that supported upwards of 20 million square feet of annual lease and sale transactions across Florida. He also previously worked in research at Cushman & Wakefield and 4Acre CRE in Orlando.
At Stream, Landes will collaborate with Greg Katz, John Gilbert, Gary Godsey, Jason Warren, and the respective business line leads to align research priorities with the firm’s broader growth strategy. His oversight will include market intelligence, data analytics, GIS and mapping solutions, portfolio strategy, and AI-driven applications.
“Stream’s Florida platform is growing rapidly, and there is a huge opportunity to build a market intelligence platform that gives clients a meaningful competitive advantage,” said Landes. “Unlike the top-down model common at larger firms, Stream’s structure lets us start where it matters most, with what brokers and clients actually need. The result is research and technology that drives real decisions. I’m super excited to help shape that platform and support the continued growth of the business.”
