Dallas-based Stream Realty Partners has named a new managing director of property management in Houston.
Robert Nowak took over the role, which is responsible for overseeing and expanding the firm’s 31 million-square-foot property management portfolio in Houston.
Previously, the role was held by Robert Bridges, who now works for Transwestern.
Nowak joined Stream from JLL, where he most recently served as managing director. In that role, he oversaw client management and retention in capital markets, agency leasing, property management and project management for the western U.S. He also previously served as COO of Means Knaus Partners, a Houston-based property management firm that JLL acquired in 2013.
