CHICAGO – Feb. 1, 2024 – Stream Realty Partners, a national commercial real estate firm offering an integrated platform of services, announces the hiring of Gannon O’Brien as a Vice President of Office Property Management. Based in Chicago, O’Brien is responsible for the operations and financial performance of the real estate, as well as supporting the growth of Stream’s office property management platform in the Chicago market.

O’Brien began his property management career at MB Real Estate, where he held positions at 205/225 N. Michigan Ave. and 55 W. Wacker Drive. Most recently, he worked for Zeller, serving as Vice President and General Manager of 311 S. Wacker Drive, where he was responsible for the financial and operational performance of the 1.3 million-square-foot office property.
O’Brien is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), a Real Property Administrator (RPA), and a member of the Building Owners & Managers Association/Chicago (BOMA) and Chicago Real Estate Network’s Board of Directors.
