ATLANTA (March 5, 2018) – Stream Realty Partners (Stream) – a national real estate development, services and investment firm, has leased an 85,500 square-foot industrial space in Jonesboro, Georgia located at 7625 Southlake Parkway, to Forward Air, Inc. (Forward Air).
Forward Air, a Greenville, Tennessee based provider of ground transportation and related logistical services, will occupy most of the building, which contains 124,000 square feet. In addition, Forward Air will utilize a standalone truck storage lot.
Situated on 9 acres, located 2.5 miles south of I-75 and east of Georgia 41, 7625 Southlake is a recently renovated front load industrial building within the Atlanta Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport submarket.
Stream Atlanta’s industrial team of Bradley Dunn, Jordan Camp, and Hogan Harrison served as the leasing agents for the project. Michael Bauer and Bryson Smiley of Fischer & Company represented the tenant.
