Stream Realty Partners has hired a new Vice President of Office Leasing for its Phoenix operation to focus on expanding the growing service line in the region.

Nick Bialkowski will work with Executive Managing Director and Partner Tiffany Winne and National Head of Office Investor Services and Partner Preston Young to advance the national real estate services, development, and investment company’s leasing platform. He will focus on sourcing, winning, and executing business by representing office owners and landlords–including private and institutional investors–in the leasing and sales of office properties. He comes to Stream from JLL, where he served as a member of its top-producing office leasing team.

“Stream’s dynamic and well-respected culture thrives on an entrepreneurial mindset, and that’s what originally drew me to the company,” Bialkowski said. “I’m going to be exposed to all different facets of the commercial real estate business through Stream’s end-to-end platform along with its high-caliber professionals to work alongside with. I’m looking forward to helping build Stream Phoenix into a market leader.”

Bialkowski recently worked on the lease-up of The Grove, a premier mixed-use project at 44th Street and Camelback Road in Phoenix along with other notable assignments including The Alexander, CASA, and Cityscape.  He also assisted in bringing Block 23, a Downtown Phoenix mixed-use development, to full stabilization before it sold for $150 million, a record for per-square-foot multi-tenant office trades. He has worked with clients including George Oliver Companies, RED Development, ViaWest Group, Macquarie, Cypress Office Properties, and Redstone Group.

Stream opened its Phoenix office in September 2021 as part of its national expansion plan. The company has been in rapid growth mode, having hired 347 real estate professionals across the U.S. over the last 12 months, including Winne and David Kollar, Vice President of Construction and Development in the Phoenix office.

“We are excited to welcome Nick to the Stream Phoenix team,” Winne said. “Nick’s reputation for hard work and real estate acumen stands out amongst his peers in the Phoenix market. We’re looking forward to fostering his continued success.”

Bialkowski is a member of NAIOP, the Commercial Real Estate Development Association and has been involved with Brokers for Kids, Arizona’s long-standing commercial real estate fundraising event and Olympiad that benefits local children’s charities. He was a student-athlete at Stetson University, where he majored in business management with a minor in entrepreneurship.
