HOUSTON – October 1, 2025 – Stream Realty Partners, a national commercial real estate firm offering an integrated platform of services, announces the promotion of Jeremy Lumbreras, SIOR, to Managing Director of its industrial division in Houston.
In his new role, Lumbreras will co-lead the Houston industrial team alongside Managing Director Tyler Maner while continuing to execute transactions and identify opportunities through project leasing, tenant representation, acquisitions, dispositions, and development. Over the course of his career, he has completed more than 1,000 lease transactions across all seven of Houston’s industrial submarkets, perennially earning recognition as a CoStar Power Broker and Houston Business Journal Heavy Hitter.
In 2025 alone, Lumbreras helped lead some of Houston’s most notable industrial assignments, including the sale of Fairbanks Logistics Park, a major lease for De Well Container Shipping, and new leasing assignments for Alliance Industrial Company, Ares, and Goldman Sachs. His consistent ability to deliver results across high-profile projects underscores his reputation as one of Houston’s leading industrial brokers.
“Stream has given me the opportunity to grow alongside some of the industry’s best professionals and work on transformative projects that share Houston’s industrial landscape,” said Lumbreras. “I’m honored to step into this role and continue providing our clients with the highest level of service.”
“Jeremy embodies what makes Stream special—talent, teamwork, and tenacity,” said Kyle Valentine, Executive Managing Director & Partner, who oversees Stream’s Houston office. “His track record of success, combined with his leadership qualities, makes this promotion a natural next step. We look forward to the impact he will continue to have on our clients and our Houston team.”
