A Phoenix office leasing expert has made the move to Stream Realty Partners as a Vice President.
A. Stirling Pascal will be responsible for helping to expand the company’s presence in the region alongside Executive Managing Director and Partner Tiffany Winne and her growing team. He will focus on sourcing, winning, and executing business across all service lines, including leasing, acquisition, tenant representation, and development opportunities. Pascal comes to Stream, a national real estate services, development, and investment company, from Lee & Associates, where he completed over 70 transactions totaling more than $100 million in gross consideration.
“It was apparent very early on in the process of learning about Stream that I was going to thrive here given the strategic resources and support provided in the Phoenix office as well as the company’s entrepreneurial mindset,” Pascal said. “I trust the team I’m joining and their ability to help me grow my business and better serve my clients via Stream’s agile, full-service platform.”
After graduating from Arizona State University’s W.P. Carey School of Business with a Bachelor of Arts in business communication, Pascal briefly worked in the San Francisco Bay Area before moving to Phoenix. He is credited with meeting the prelease requirements for SkySong 5, the newest building on the ASU Scottsdale Innovation Center campus, to break ground and notes that “it was an honor to represent my alma matter.” Pascal also represented the prominent law firm Gammage & Burnham, PLC when it signed 24,000 square feet in the Renaissance Two building and has worked with clients including AgJunction, Balfour Pacific, Catholic Education Arizona, Cypress Office Properties, Ryan Companies, and Zayo Group.
“Stirling has an impressive track record in the Phoenix market over the last several years and will make a great addition to our growing team and firm,” Winne said. “He is known in the market for his solid character, and we are looking forward to seeing him thrive and grow with his like-minded, hard-working peers here at Stream Phoenix.”
Pascal is a member of the Greater Phoenix Economic Council, AZ Tech Council, and membership chair for NAIOP, the Commercial Real Estate Development Association’s Developing Leaders steering committee for Arizona. He also serves on the Scottsdale Police Department’s Use of Force Review Board, Major Incident Review Board, and Community Engagement Board. In his free time, he enjoys going on walks and hikes with his dog, Rocky, golfing, playing basketball, and spending time with his friends and family.
Stream opened its Phoenix office in September 2021 and has made several notable hires recently including Rusty Kennedy as Managing Director of Industrial, James Cohn as a Senior Vice President of Industrial Leasing and Nick Bialkowski as a Vice President of Office Leasing.
