Stream Realty Partners Represents Armata Pharmaceuticals in Relocation to Los Angeles

LOS ANGELES, CA ­– November 12, 2021 – Stream Realty Partners, a national real estate services, development, and investment company, is pleased to announce that it has represented Armata Pharmaceuticals in a new lease for its headquarters.

The stand-alone, creative office space at 5005 McConnell Ave. in Los Angeles will house administrative, research and development, and manufacturing functions in 56,300 square feet. Privately located close to Marina del Rey, Playa Vista, and the Silicon Beach tech hub and nestled against the Ballona Creek Bike Path, it offers convenient access to California State Route 90 (the Marina Freeway) and is well-connected to Interstates 405 and 105.

Armata Pharmaceuticals is a developer of pathogen-specific bacteriophage therapeutics for the treatment of antibiotic-resistant and difficult-to-treat bacterial infections using its proprietary bacteriophage-based technology. It is developing and advancing a broad pipeline of natural and synthetic phage candidates, including clinical candidates for Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Staphylococcus aureus, and other pathogens. Armata is committed to advancing phage with drug development expertise that spans bench to clinic, including in-house, phage-specific cGMP manufacturing.
