LOS ANGELES, CA – September 14, 2020 – Stream Realty Partners (Stream), a national real estate services, development, and investment company, announced today that the Los Angeles office has secured a 12,432-square-foot lease for New Life Foster Family Agency (New Life FFA) at 1090 E Washington Street. New Life FFA is a social service organization serving the needs of foster children in Southern California and will be expanding its operations into the one-story office building, located within the Rancho Las Palomas campus.

The transaction is the second largest office lease to-date in 2020 within the San Bernardino submarket of the Inland Empire, and the largest office lease within the City of Colton since December 2017. Mike Adams, Senior Vice President, and Morgan Adams, Associate, with Stream represented the landlord. Allyson Herek of First Team Real Estate represented the tenant in the transaction.

“Rancho Las Palomas is an ideal location for high density users like New Life FFA to efficiently operate in an area that represents the largest block of office space in the Inland Empire,” said Morgan Adams. “Strategically located south of the I-10 freeway and adjacent to the 215, the prime building location and superior ingress/egress enables New Life FFA to more effectively serve critical social services for foster children within Greater LA, San Bernardino and Riverside County communities.”

“We are extremely pleased to welcome New Life Foster Family Agency to the Rancho Las Palomas center. Their operation is one that truly makes a significant impact in the community and we are happy they are calling our building home,” explains the owner of the Rancho Las Palomas properties.
