ATLANTA – June 24, 2026 – Stream Realty Partners, a national commercial real estate firm offering an integrated platform of services, announces that Charlie Harrison has joined the firm as Executive Vice President in its Atlanta office. Harrison will focus on office tenant representation, advising occupiers on leasing strategy, workplace solutions, acquisitions, dispositions, renewals, and other real estate initiatives throughout the Southeast.
Harrison joins Stream from Capital Real Estate Group, where he served as Senior Vice President. Before that, he began his career in commercial real estate at CBRE. Throughout his career, Harrison has built a practice focused on advising professional services firms, financial institutions, law firms, private investors, and other occupiers on complex office leasing, workplace strategy, and occupancy decisions that support their long-term business objectives.
In his new role, Harrison will work alongside Managing Directors John Winter and Jeff Heller, who co-lead Stream’s Tenant Representation practice in Atlanta.
