Stream Realty Partners Welcomes Rayane Plyler as Managing Director of Project Management in Florida

TAMPA, FL – June 14, 2024 – Stream Realty Partners, a national commercial real estate firm offering an integrated platform of services, announces the appointment of Rayane Plyler as Managing Director of Project Management in Florida. Plyler will be instrumental in driving Stream’s Project Management business across the state, leveraging her extensive leadership experience and industry expertise.  

In her new role, Plyler will ensure client projects are delivered on time and on budget by overseeing the delivery of interior tenant improvements, building capital improvements, and ground-up development projects. Additionally, she will be responsible for the growth of project management capabilities throughout the state while driving business development initiatives across Florida. She will work alongside Greg Katz, Executive Managing Director of Stream Florida, to further expand Stream’s presence and service offerings in the region. 

Plyler joins Stream from JLL, where she held the position of Senior Vice President in their Project and Development Services (PDS) business line. During her tenure at JLL, she successfully led the Florida market for PDS, overseeing a diverse portfolio of projects and supporting her clients through every aspect of the development life cycle. Her leadership was marked by her ability to develop high-performing teams, deliver exceptional results, and cultivate strong client relationships.

This news follows Stream’s recent announcement of Gary Godsey and Jordan Fogler joining Stream Florida in Tampa, further expanding Stream’s presence in the region, as well as the opening of Stream’s Orlando office with the hiring of John Gilbert, Darryl Hoffman, and Jake Attaway. 

Plyler brings more than 15 years of experience within the architecture and construction industries. She has managed a wide range of projects, from high-profile corporate interiors to large-scale retail and hospitality developments throughout the Southeast. Her comprehensive skill set and her ability to lead large teams will enhance Stream’s ability to deliver exceptional outcomes for clients.
