COSTA MESA, CA – June 22, 2021 – Stream Realty Partners (Stream), a national real estate services, development, and investment company, is pleased to announce that it has represented Frontiers Academy in a new lease for a 15,000-square-foot school building located at 102 Baker Street in Costa Mesa, CA. The school is relocating from Anaheim and will open in the fall of 2021.

Frontiers Academy is an independent private school that teaches trilingual fluency in Mandarin, Spanish, and English integrated within the preschool, elementary, and middle school programs. The goal of the school is to educate and inspire students to become citizens of the world — cross-cultural leaders, creative problem-solvers, and team builders.

Alice Chen, President of Frontiers Academy, said, “Frontiers Academy is grateful for all the time and effort that Mike Adams and his team have put into helping our school reach the next level. His hard work has been instrumental in enabling us to find a site that will help Frontiers Academy reach new heights, and we are excited to bring our dedicated team of educators to the area. Language immersion has been shown to have cognitive benefits that extend into many aspects of development, including divergent thinking, pattern recognition, and problem solving. We hope to enrich all students in the region by providing an education in multiple languages, teaching our children to be successful global citizens.”

Stream’s Senior Vice President Mike Adams represented Frontiers Academy and Troy Wooten with Newmark represented the landlord in the transaction. Stream has been working with Frontiers Academy since 2018.

“Frontiers Academy is in expansion mode and interested in strategically expanding opportunities for students in the region,” said Adams. “The change to a more central location will also enable it to attract students in Irvine, Newport Beach, Tustin, and South Orange County.”

102 Baker Street is adjacent to the CA 55 Freeway and just minutes from the I-405 and CA 73 Freeways, providing convenient access to students and their families. It features multiple classrooms and private offices, lunch hall, kitchen and 250-seat auditorium.
