SAN DIEGO, Calif. (April 3, 2019) – Stream Realty Partners (Stream), a full-service national real estate investment, development and services company, announces the hiring of Alexander (Alex) Martini as Vice President within Stream’s San Diego office.

“We are truly excited to welcome Alex to the Stream San Diego team,” said Bret Morriss, managing director for Stream Realty Partners. “Alex’s character, reputation and passion for helping clients exemplifies Stream’s core values of nice, smart, honest and passionate, making him an invaluable addition to our team.”

Initially, Martini will be focusing on growing and supervising Stream’s tenant representation services platform, focusing on San Diego’s sophisticated users of industrial and flex space, and large national tenants. As tenants demand more from brokers, Alex plans to leverage technology and data analytics to provide them better service.

“I’m thrilled to be joining the Stream San Diego team. Stream has an exceptional reputation around the country, and this is a great opportunity to be a part of their growth in San Diego,” said Martini. “I have watched the San Diego market grow since my arrival in 2005, and I hope to do my part and improve the San Diego business landscape through real estate transactions.”

Prior to joining Stream, Alex served as Assistant Director at Savills Studley working with clients that have multi-market industrial portfolios. Alex provided transaction services, valuations, and financial and data analytics to support logistics and supply chain consulting. Through his data driven strategies, Alex consistently identified, quantified and mitigated financial exposure, and maximized economic savings on behalf of his corporate clients.

Alex is a Major in the United States Marine Corps Reserve. He spent 12 years as a Marine Weapons Systems Officer in the F/A-18 Hornet flying out of Marine Corps Air Station Miramar and as a Joint Terminal Attack Controller with Marine Special Operations. He has completed three combat tours, over 200 combat sorties, and 1,500 flight hours on behalf of the United States of America.
