Bates Arnot has rejoined Stream as a part of the Industrial Development Services Division
DALLAS (March 4, 2020) – Stream Realty Partners (Stream), a full-service national real estate investment, development and services company, today announced the hiring of Bates Arnot as senior director of Industrial Development Services. This hiring marks Arnot’s return to Stream after a successful seven-year career with Hillwood Investment Properties. From 2009 through 2013, Arnot was a member of Stream’s DFW Industrial team, alongside now executive managing director and partner of Stream’s Industrial Development Services, Cannon Green.
In his new role, Arnot will join the recently expanded Industrial Development Services division to focus on sourcing and executing industrial development opportunities in Dallas-Fort Worth and lead industrial development efforts in Stream’s Denver market.
“Stream’s Industrial Development Services platform has been rapidly growing across our different markets,” said Green. “Bates will be an invaluable resource to cultivate this growth in DFW further and lead our efforts in Denver.”
During his time at Hillwood, Arnot was involved in leasing, land acquisitions, development, and property acquisitions in multiple markets, including DFW, Denver, Houston, Austin, and Memphis.
“Stream is a highly reputable firm with a remarkable culture, and I am looking forward to returning to the team,” said Arnot. “Stream has grown the industrial development platform with outstanding success, and I’m excited to utilize my experience to help grow it even further.”
Under Green’s leadership, the Industrial Development Services division has generated a total of $500 million of speculative and build-to-suit industrial projects within the DFW and Greater L.A. markets alongside clients such as Cabot Properties, Clarion Partners, Farmer Brothers Coffee, Heitman, J.P. Morgan Asset Management, LaSalle Investment Management, M2G Ventures, Morgan Stanley and Nuveen, a TIAA Company.
Stream has been an active developer of industrial properties across its platform in the Atlanta, Austin, Dallas-Fort Worth, Denver, Houston and San Antonio markets.
