Adam Jackson is a Managing Partner at Stream, where he is responsible for leading the strategic direction and initiatives of Stream’s Investment Management Platform. These responsibilities include directing the company’s investment activities, managing Stream’s discretionary capital funds and the origination of key partner relationships.
Since joining Stream in 2008, Jackson has executed approximately $1.2 Billion of acquisitions and developments totaling 12.8 million square feet. Adam works with a wide range of investors, including JP Morgan Asset Management, University of Pennsylvania, MetLife, State Board of Florida, Thackeray Partners, DRA Advisors, and American National Insurance Company.
Prior to joining Stream, Adam worked at HFF, LP, where he specialized in arranging acquisition and development debt/equity financing, in addition to participating in Holliday’s Investment Sales group. While at HFF, Jackson participated in over $1 Billion of real estate transactions. Adam began his professional career at Ernst & Young in their audit and advisory practice.
Mr. Jackson received a BBA in Accounting, as well as an MS in Accounting from Texas A&M University.
