Blake Bell is a Senior Director – Design and Construction with the Development Services division in Stream’s Dallas, Texas, office. Blake leads development execution from entitlement strategy through design, permitting, and construction—aligning teams, managing risk, and delivering operational excellence across office, industrial, retail, mixed-use, and interior projects—while ensuring a smooth transition to occupancy for tenants. Stream’s integrated platform supports clients with end-to-end commercial real estate services, enabling coordinated delivery and an owner-minded approach.
With over 10 years of industry experience, Blake has delivered more than 4 million square feet of finished space. His completed portfolio includes Energy Center Three, Four, and Five in Houston, Texas; EPIC in Deep Ellum, Dallas, Texas; JPMorgan Chase Headquarters Phase II in Plano, Texas; the Braswell Carrico Athletic Complex and campus expansion in Denton, Texas; QUAD in Dallas, Texas; Haslet Crossing Industrial in Haslet, Texas; and build-to-suit industrial projects in Canton, Ohio, and Midland, Texas, along with a confidential build-to-suit headquarters project in Dallas, Texas. Blake’s current work includes Northwood Club Capital Improvements Phases 1 and 2 in Dallas, Texas; Comerica Bank Tower Redevelopment Design in Dallas, Texas; Valley View Crossing Industrial Development in Farmers Branch, Texas; and a confidential office and warehouse build-to-suit project in Carlsbad, New Mexico.
Blake earned a degree in Construction Science from Texas A&M University with a minor in Business. Known for being collaborative and resourceful, he consistently delivers on commitments by anticipating complications early, communicating clearly, and driving solutions that keep projects moving.
Outside of work, Blake, his wife Jill, and son Cade enjoy staying active, college football, time outdoors, and snow skiing.
