Professional Experience
Blake Bell is a Director – Design and Construction in Stream’s Dallas/Ft. Worth office where he is responsible for leading and managing all aspects of design and construction for office development projects in all markets. Blake possesses 10 years of industry experience where he has managed all phases of a project and delivered over 2.5 million square feet of finished space.
Blake is a construction enthusiast that is passionate about team work, strategy, and execution. He has worked in many sectors of the industry including commercial, industrial, interior build out, and education. The common thread throughout has been his desire to deliver world class facilities on time, on budget, and as promised all while making the process enjoyable for his clients.
Prior to joining Stream, Blake worked as a Senior Project Manager for JLL. He began his career at Balfour Beatty Construction where he focused on the total project lifecycle from early estimates to close out and turnover.
Blake is a graduate of Texas A&M University where he received a BS in Construction Science and a Minor in Business. He and his wife, Jill, reside in Plano with their son and enjoy family time, fitness, sports, and traveling.
