Professional Experience
Brian Bienemann is a Senior Vice President for Stream’s Investment Management (IM) platform, which currently manages five opportunistic comingled discretionary funds and separate account mandates totaling over $2 billion of equity.
Brian plays a pivotal role at the forefront of Stream’s capital formation initiatives. His responsibilities include leading fundraising for Stream’s discretionary investment fund series, cultivating business opportunities within the institutional investor community, and spearheading new product development. Additionally, Brian focuses on key tenant relationships within the firm’s investment portfolio and contributes to the day-to-day management of the firm’s investment activities.
Prior to assuming his current position, Brian concentrated on acquisitions, development, and asset management across Stream’s east coast markets.
Before joining Stream, Brian earned his Master of Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin, specializing in real estate from the James A. Graaskamp Center for Real Estate. During his tenure at Wisconsin, Brian served as President of the Real Estate Club and worked as a teaching assistant for the undergraduate real estate program. Preceding his business school tenure, Brian spent four years in New York City, where he gained valuable experience at Oppenheimer & Co. and GFI Group, working on institutional fixed income and equity derivative trading desks.
Brian earned his Bachelor of Science in Finance from Lehigh University where he was captain of the Lacrosse team.
