Professional Experience
Brian Bienemann joined Stream in 2017 and currently serves as Vice President on the firm’s Investment Management Team located in Dallas. Brian leads the firm’s capital formation initiatives, which include fundraising for Stream’s discretionary investment funds and expanding the firm’s investor base for new capital strategies. He also focuses on expanding key tenant relationships within the firm’s investment portfolio as well as assisting in the day-to-day management of the firm’s investment portfolio. Prior to his current role, Brian focused on acquisitions, development, and asset management across Stream’s east coast markets.
Prior to Stream, Brian earned his Master of Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin, with a specialization in real estate from the James A. Graaskamp Center for Real Estate. At Wisconsin, Brian was President of the Real Estate Club and a teaching assistant for the undergraduate real estate program. Before business school, Brian worked in New York City for 4 years, at Oppenheimer & Co. and GFI Group, on institutional fixed income and equity derivative trading desks.
Brian earned his Bachelor of Science in Finance from Lehigh University where he was Team Captain and a 3-year starter on Lehigh’s Men’s Lacrosse Team.
