Texas AirSystems, a top manufacturer representative of commercial HVAC systems in Texas, has leased the entirety of Royal Ridge II, encompassing approximately 103,000 square feet of office space, at 8081 Royal Ridge Parkway.
Dan Harris and Ryan Boozer of Stream Realty Partners represented the tenant, Texas AirSystems. John Brownlee and Michael Williams of JLL represented the landlord, an affiliate of Menlo Equities.
