Stream Realty Partners’ Landlord Representation and Construction Management Services Drive Office Leasing Momentum at Iconic Mixed-Use Property 

ATLANTA – April 1, 2025 – Stream Realty Partners, a national commercial real estate firm offering an integrated platform of services, announces the successful lease-up of 93,000 square feet of office space at The Interlock, a premier mixed-use development located at 1115 Howell Mill Road NW in Atlanta’s vibrant West Midtown submarket. These leases bring the building to 95% occupancy, underscoring strong tenant demand in one of the city’s most sought-after neighborhoods. 

Recent leases include The Gathering Spot, a private, members-only modern city club, which signed on for 21,000 square feet of office space and an additional 40,000 square feet of rooftop space to expand its flagship presence in Atlanta. Directional Capital, a Los Angeles-based private equity firm and one of the largest Rent-A-Center franchise owners nationally, leased 10,500 square feet as it establishes a new headquarters in the city. Creative agency Look Listen secured 8,500 square feet after seeking a West Midtown location with convenient drive-up access and direct connectivity to the adjacent Bellyard Hotel. All three tenants are backfilling space formerly occupied by WeWork on The Interlock’s 5th floor. 

Also joining the community are Alloy Marketing and Levy, Sibley, Foreman & Speir, LLC (LSFS), both leasing newly built office suites on the 6th floor. Alloy Marketing signed for 10,000 square feet to create a customized space that supports its continued growth and collaboration. LSFS, a respected workers’ compensation defense law firm serving employers across Georgia, leased 5,000 square feet as it begins a new chapter in West Midtown.

Stream’s Kevin Driver and Malik Leaphart lead the leasing efforts, while Construction Manager Michaela Roberts directed construction management initiatives to reposition and deliver the customized office suites. 

With these leases, The Interlock continues its upward trajectory as one of Atlanta’s most transformational mixed-use developments. Developed as a public-private partnership with Georgia Tech, The Interlock features over 200,000 square feet of office space, 108,000 square feet of retail, 349 apartments, 41 townhomes, and The Bellyard Hotel, a 161-key boutique property.
