The move marks a long-term commitment to the neighborhood and positions the technology and professional services firm in a trophy asset delivered in 2021. The building is owned by National Real Estate Advisors, which holds the property debt-free and has committed—and continues to invest—significant capital, demonstrated by recently delivering 32,000 square feet of furnished spec suites on floors 4 and 7.
