Robinson, a founding member of Stream’s Houston office, currently serves as Partner overseeing the firm’s transaction business, and specializes in industrial development and leasing for Stream’s strategic clients. Hamilton currently serves as Partner and manages an eight-member industrial leasing team with a 25-million-square-foot leasing and management portfolio. During his tenure, he has grown the Houston industrial portfolio by 350 percent and has been instrumental in completing over 5 million square feet of industrial development.
