Stream Realty Partners (Stream) is excited to announce the promotion of Jessica O’Hara to Senior Vice President. Since joining Stream in 2019, Jess has played an integral role in the firm’s platform within Stream’s newly opened downtown Chicago office, focusing mainly on office landlord representation. Most recently, Jess helped her team procure a tenant at one of its latest office agency assignments, Riverview at Roscoe, a two-building office property currently undergoing a major capital improvement program. She has also been active in growing Stream’s presence in the Greater Chicago market, helping recruit a new wave of future CRE leaders.
“In a short amount of time, Jess has helped our growing team amass an office leasing portfolio of more than 2.6 million square feet and has been instrumental in helping to identify top talent to build our team,” said Patrick Russo, Managing Director of Stream’s Chicago office. “She’s a true leader, and we’re incredibly proud to have her on our team.”
