Founded in 2013 with one employee, Stream Carolinas has now grown to over 50 employees and counting. With a mission to be the most strategic, entrepreneurial CRE operator in the Carolinas and a trusted long-term partner to our clients, our talented experts focus on office and industrial leasing, tenant representation, property management, construction management, investment sales, as well as marketing and research. Stream Carolinas’ rapid growth has resulted in a regional presence that extends from our local headquarters in the South End of Charlotte to satellite offices in Greenville and Raleigh, with plans to expand into Charleston in the near future.
We measure our success by delivering the smartest and most effective solutions while uncovering the greatest opportunities for our clients and our people.
