Industry Veteran Returns to Stream as Managing Director to Lead Tenant Representation Across the Carolinas
CHARLOTTE, NC – September 9, 2026 – Stream Realty Partners, a national commercial real estate firm offering an integrated platform of services, announces that Alex Durham has joined the firm as Managing Director of Office Tenant Representation in its Charlotte office. In this role, Durham will lead Stream’s tenant advisory practice across the Carolinas, further expanding the firm’s capabilities and presence throughout the region.
Durham brings 12 years of commercial real estate experience and has advised clients on more than 450 transactions exceeding $1 billion in value. Throughout his career, he has represented companies across a range of industries on complex real estate strategies, including headquarters relocations, portfolio optimization, lease restructures, acquisitions and dispositions, and build-to-suits.

Durham previously spent three years with Stream in Austin before relocating to his hometown of Charlotte in 2023. Most recently, he served as Executive Vice President at JLL, specializing in corporate office tenant representation in the Carolinas and across the U.S. Earlier in his career, Durham advised some of Austin’s leading growth technology companies, law firms, and private equity groups on their real estate strategies.
