A mortgage servicing company has leased a big chunk of office space in Far North Dallas.
Clearsprings Loan Services has rented more than 33,500 square feet of business space in the Gramercy Center office complex at 18451 N. Dallas Parkway.
The company – which now has an office in Frisco – leased space in the south building in the office complex owned by CapRidge Partners.
Matt Wieser and Ryan Evanich at Stream Realty negotiated the lease with JLL’s Doug Carigan and Steve Thelen.
Austin-based CapRidge acquired the Gramercy Center early last year from Stockbridge Real Estate and Billingsley Co. Both of the buildings were remodeled.
