Sony Music Publishing will lease 23,968 square feet of the 9-story Class A building which is located at 1005 17th Avenue S in Nashville. The company is set to move from Downtown Nashville’s Fifth Third Center to Music Row in late 2024.
Stream Vice President Adam Rumsey represented the landlord in the transaction. Stream, a national commercial real estate firm offering an integrated platform of services, operates one of its 15 core U.S. offices in Nashville.
The long-term lease brings the occupancy of the 17th + Grand building to an impressive 86% capacity, a remarkable achievement considering the building was delivered less than 14 months ago. This milestone underscores the strong demand for high-quality office spaces in the Music Row subset of the Nashville office market and reflects a sustained trend of growth and absorption in the region.
