Stream Leases 86 KSF at Trammell Crow Center

Dallas—Stream Realty Partners has completed eight lease transactions totaling 86,000 square feet at Trammell Crow Center, a Class AA 50-story office tower at 2001 Ross Ave. in Dallas’ Arts District.

“Our recent activity at Trammell Crow Center really drives home the building’s appeal to tenants of all stripes. We are seeing an increase in demand from creatives and other open-office format users lately,” Sara Terry, vice president of Stream Realty Partners, said in prepared remarks.

  • Raymond James & Associates Inc. renewed their lease for 28,138 square feet. Stream’s Ramsey March, Sara Terry and Will Madden represented the landlord in the transaction. Todd Brandon with DTZ Americas Inc. represented the tenant.
  • Cambridge Associates LLC extended their 15,661-square-foot lease. Stream’s Ramsey March, Sara Terry and Scott Sowanick represented the landlord in the transaction. Russell Cosby and Brooke Armstrong with JLL represented the tenant.
  • FTI Consulting Inc. renewed their lease for 14,577 square feet. Stream’s Ramsey March, Sara Terry and Will Madden represented the landlord in the transaction. Greg Biggs and Jeremy McGown with JLL represented the tenant.
  • Hoefer Wysocki Architects LLC signed a 7,673-square-foot expansion. Stream’s Ramsey March, Sara Terry and Scott Sowanick represented the landlord in the transaction. Neal Puckett with CBRE represented the tenant.
  • Trinity Hunt Management LP renewed their lease for 7,540 square feet. Stream’s Ramsey March, Sara Terry and Scott Sowanick represented the landlord in the transaction. Josh White and Robert Zale with CBRE represented the tenant.
  • Navigant Consulting Inc. extended its 5,411-square-foot lease. Stream’s Ramsey March, Sara Terry and Scott Sowanick represented the landlord in the transaction. Mike Wyatt and Robbie Baty with Cushman & Wakefield represented the tenant.
  • Interior Architects Inc. leased 5,356 square feet. Stream’s Ramsey March and Sara Terry represented the landlord in the transaction. Mike Cleary with CBRE represented the tenant.
  • Americo Financial Life and Annuity Insurance Co. leased 1,759 square feet. Stream’s Ramsey March, Sara Terry and Scott Sowanick represented the landlord in the transaction. Sanders Thompson with Transwestern represented the tenant.

“There’s a great deal of interest in the improvements we’re planning for the building as well as the mixed-use project across the street. It’s a major undertaking, but we believe the result will permanently alter the landscape of Ross Avenue,” added March, managing director of Stream Realty Partners. “We’re being deliberate through the design process and will have more to announce soon.”
