Stream is pleased to announce the promotion of Albert Jarrell to Managing Director for Stream’s Industrial Development Services division. In his new role, Jarrell will serve as the national head of all construction and entitlement functions within the division.
Jarrell joined Stream’s Dallas/Fort Worth (DFW) office in 2013 in a dual role as Managing Director of the DFW office’s construction management department and the DFW office’s industrial development projects. His leadership has resulted in a top-tier construction management business executed by industry-leading professionals. Simultaneously, Jarrell was instrumental in Stream DFW’s first and very successful, speculative industrial development project with partner JP Morgan Asset Management.
“Albert’s attitude and strong work ethic is something we should all strive to mimic, and I’m thankful he is at Stream and on our team,” stated Cannon Green, Executive Managing Director and Partner. “Albert is a man of faith, a family man, and a friend. He truly personifies Stream’s guiding principles of nice, smart, honest and passionate.”
With over 20 completed industrial developments to date across the country, Stream is recognized as a major player in the industrial development sector within DFW, a growing force in Greater Los Angeles with five projects currently under way, and as a value-add partner for the Stream Denver team. And, the momentum is heating up across the country with substantial pursuits in our Denver, Chicago and Nashville markets.
Rapidly expanding, Industrial Development Services’ national team now consists of 12 members. Green said, “We look forward to our continued growth and success leveraging Albert’s vast and diverse expertise and strong leadership.”
