SAN ANTONIO, TX – March 14, 2024 – Stream Realty Partners, a national commercial real estate firm offering an integrated platform of services, announced the promotion of Payton Rion to Executive Vice President, Harry Adams to Vice President, and Zander Thomas to Senior Associate in the San Antonio office.
Rion joined Stream in 2015 as an intern and has grown with the company’s Industrial and Land team. In his more than eight years of experience with Stream, he has completed more than 350 transactions, totaling more than 4.75 million square feet leased and 1,700 acres sold. He currently represents more than 4 million square feet of industrial warehouses for lease.
Adams joined Stream in 2019 and works primarily in land sales. He has represented QuikTrip/Medwise, HTeaO, Santikos, Security Service, McCombs Family Properties, Stream Data Centers, Ace Hardware, Rise Industrial, Blackstone, TRTF, Allen & Allen, Brundage Development, Communicare, Landmark Communities, and Lockaway Self-Storage. Adams currently represents more than 200 acres of retail, industrial, and multi-family land for sale. Since joining Stream, he has sold more than 250 acres of retail, industrial, and data center land.
Thomas joined Stream in 2020 and primarily works in office landlord and tenant representation. Since joining Stream, he has completed more than 440,000 square feet of lease transactions and currently represents more than one million square feet of office space for lease or sale.
