Franklin and 155 N. Wacker in Chicago’s West Loop. Adding these properties to our portfolio will further strengthen Stream’s presence in one of the city’s most vibrant submarkets.
151 N. Franklin is a 35-floor, 807,355-square-foot Class A office building known for its modern design and comprehensive array of amenities, including a rooftop sky garden, a second-floor terrace, an on-site restaurant and café, a fitness center, and a conference center that can seat up to 200 professionals.
Meanwhile, 155 N. Wacker stands out as a 46-floor, 1,152,953-square-foot trophy office building that offers tenants a state-of-the-art fitness center, a building conference center, and several onsite restaurants, making it one of the most sought-after locations in the area.
