Stream Realty Partners Awarded Leasing of Premier Class A Office Building in Sugar Land

HOUSTON, TX – June 30, 2021 – Stream Realty Partners (Stream), a national real estate services, development, and investment company, announced today that the Houston office has been engaged by 3 SC Center, LLC, an affiliate of WEDGE Group, LLC (WEDGE), a Houston-based, privately held U.S. investment firm, to lease 3 Sugar Creek, a 152,734-square-foot, Class A office building located at 3 Sugar Creek Center Boulevard in Sugar Land.
