The property, owned by Woodside Capital Partners, has seen several key improvements aimed at enhancing the tenant experience and building appeal. These upgrades include refurbishing the parking garage, installing new monument and wayfinding signage, upgrading lobby furniture, adding an outdoor patio, and successfully implementing a spec suite program. Additionally, a new on-site café has been introduced to further elevate tenant amenities.
