HOUSTON – May 1, 2026 – Stream Realty Partners, a national commercial real estate firm offering an integrated platform of services, announces Brandon Levinson has joined the firm as Vice President in Stream’s Houston office.
Levinson joins Stream’s Office division, where he will focus on landlord representation, advising ownership groups on the leasing and marketing of office properties across the Houston market. In this role, he will be responsible for driving value for clients through strategic positioning, transaction execution, and market-driven leasing strategies. His work will include agency leasing, business development, tenant engagement, and market analysis.
Levinson will work alongside Ryan Barbles, Managing Director of Stream’s Houston Office division, and Managing Director Matt Asvestas, further strengthening the firm’s office leasing platform in one of the nation’s most active and competitive office markets.

Prior to joining Stream, Levinson served as Leasing Manager at Interra Capital Group, where he was involved in leasing strategy and execution across the firm’s Houston office portfolio. With over 10 years of commercial real estate experience, he has been involved in a broad range of leasing and investment activities throughout the Houston market.
