DALLAS – September 17, 2024 – Stream Realty Partners, a national commercial real estate firm offering an integrated platform of services, announces the promotion of Craig Wilson to Co-Head of its National Office Occupier business. In this role, Wilson will work alongside Executive Managing Director and Partner Greg Katz to lead the firm’s occupier services platform and drive its expansion across all markets.
Wilson, who has been with Stream since 2020, has been instrumental in growing Stream’s Dallas-Fort Worth business and elevating the Office Tenant Representation platform nationwide. His promotion reflects the significant contributions he has made to the firm and the platform’s continued expansion under his leadership.

He will also work with market leaders to recruit top talent, further expanding Stream’s footprint in the tenant representation space.
