Hayden Eaves and Kristen Sullivan Join Recently Launched Downtown LA Office
LOS ANGELES – July 20 2026 – Stream Realty Partners, a national commercial real estate firm offering an integrated platform of services, continues the expansion of its recently launched Downtown Los Angeles office with the addition of Hayden Eaves as Executive Vice President and Kristen Sullivan as Vice President. Joining Stream from Avison Young, the commercial real estate professionals further strengthen the firm’s growing Los Angeles platform, expanding the firm’s expertise advising financial institutions, corporate occupiers, property owners, and businesses across a broad range of real estate strategies.
The additions represent the latest investment in Stream’s Los Angeles growth strategy following the firm’s June launch of its Downtown Los Angeles office. The office is led by industry veteran Jonathan Larsen, Executive Vice Chairman, and Chandler Larsen, Managing Director, who oversee Stream’s continued growth and operations across the Greater Los Angeles market as part of the firm’s broader Southern California region, led by Marty Pupil, Executive Managing Director. Together, the growing team continues to expand Stream’s office tenant representation capabilities while advising occupiers on complex real estate strategies throughout Los Angeles and nationally.
“Hayden and Kristen are outstanding additions to our team and reflect the caliber of professionals we’re attracting to Stream,” said Pupil. “Hayden’s decades of experience and strategic counsel, combined with Kristen’s expertise serving corporate occupiers, further strengthen our ability to advise clients on complex real estate decisions while continuing to build a premier office tenant representation platform in Los Angeles.”
Eaves brings more than 30 years of commercial real estate experience advising corporate occupiers, financial institutions, and property owners on complex real estate strategies. Throughout his career, he has specialized in office tenant representation, lease negotiations, corporate real estate planning, and long-term occupancy strategies, helping clients align their real estate decisions with broader business objectives. Among his recent work for financial institutions are the Bank of Hope headquarters lease in Downtown Los Angeles and Pasadena Federal Credit Union’s headquarters consolidation in the San Gabriel Valley.
With more than a decade of commercial real estate experience, Sullivan advises corporate occupiers on multi-market real estate strategies, long-range planning initiatives, and complex lease transactions. She has experience representing both tenants and landlords, helping clients navigate new leases, renewals, portfolio planning, and workplace strategies while aligning real estate decisions with broader business objectives.
Also joining Stream’s Los Angeles office is Jill Bartolome as Senior Brokerage Coordinator.
“When we launched our Los Angeles office, our goal was to build a best-in-class office tenant representation platform,” said Jonathan Larsen. “Adding Hayden, Kristen, and Jill is another important step toward that vision. Having started our careers together, it’s especially rewarding to welcome Hayden to the team. Each brings outstanding experience, trusted client relationships, and a collaborative approach that strengthens our team and enhances the level of service we provide to clients throughout Southern California and beyond.”
“The opportunity to join Stream at this stage of its growth in Los Angeles was incredibly compelling,” said Eaves. “We look forward to working alongside such a talented group of professionals and continue helping clients navigate complex real estate decisions with the support of a collaborative, entrepreneurial platform.”
