Stream Realty Partners (Stream) – a national real estate development, services and investment firm, announces the promotion of Ramsey March to Partner of the Dallas-Fort Worth (DFW) office.

Since joining Stream in 2009, March has had a significant impact on the recruitment and development of Stream’s talent and culture, its service business and the recent success of the development and investment platforms in DFW.
Among his numerous successful projects, March is implementing a $135 million expansion and renovation of Trammell Crow Center on behalf of JP Morgan Asset Management and recently led the development of Stream’s 282,000 square foot Connection Park development in Las Colinas.
Prior to joining Stream, March served as senior vice president of the capital markets group at Rockwood Real Estate Advisors where he was involved in more than $3 billion of investment transaction sales throughout the United States.
