CHICAGO – September 14, 2026 – Stream Realty Partners, a national commercial real estate firm offering an integrated platform of services, announces that Eddie Viliunas has joined the firm as Senior Vice President of Office Tenant Representation in Chicago.
Viliunas joins Stream from JLL, where he spent more than 10 years on the firm’s Chicago Tenant Representation team advising law firms, corporations, and technology companies on strategic real estate decisions. His expertise spans market and financial analysis, transaction management, lease negotiations, space disposition, and portfolio planning.
In his new role, he will work alongside Managing Directors Phil Geiger and Jordan Decker to expand Stream’s tenant representation capabilities in Chicago while advising clients on office leasing, transaction execution, and long-term real estate strategies locally and nationally.
