Stream Realty Partners has fully entitled its first industrial site in Chicagoland and will partner with Cushman & Wakefield to lease the property’s three planned warehouses.
Stream, a national commercial real estate firm offering an integrated platform of services, purchased three parcels of land totaling 90.4 acres at 10812 Burlington Road in Kenosha, Wisconsin, to build Somers Trade Center. The industrial park will offer 934,505 square feet of Class A space in a prime location.
Stream Chicago Executive Managing Director and Partner Patrick Russo sourced the site and was instrumental in the assemblage, entitlements, and closing process along with Senior Directors Dale Todd and Drue Stoehr of the firm’s Industrial Development Services division. Todd and Stoehr will develop the land.
“This is the first of many industrial projects our Chicago team is excited about cultivating in this important market and region,” Russo said. “In addition to being less than 1 mile from Interstate 94, this development will afford a fortunate tenant a great labor pool that pulls from Greater Chicago/Northern Lake County and Kenosha and Racine in Central Wisconsin. The Stream team will partner with Executive Managing Director Eric Fischer of Cushman & Wakefield, who will serve as the lead leasing broker for the industrial site.

Somers Trade Center is less than a mile from the I-94 interchange and will offer direct access to Chicago. Amazon, Uline, and several other Fortune 500 companies are neighbors to the project.
