Stream is pleased to announce it helped secure a 27,000-square-foot lease for Ontic Technologies Inc., an Austin-based technology startup, at 4009 Marathon Blvd., in Austin, Texas. Stream’s Connor Greissing, Managing Director and Partner, represented Ontic.
Lukas Quanstrom, co-founder and CEO of Ontic, told the Austin Business Journal (ABJ) that “he took a calculated risk” by seizing the commercial real estate opportunities in Austin’s sublease market to secure the new space. Ontic’s previous headquarters was located at 1005 W. 38th St. and was about 3,000 square feet. The startup’s new space is 9 times bigger, per ABJ.
4009 Marathon is a three-floor office building that recently delivered in Central Austin and offers private patios on each floor. Ontic’s new space will provide each employee 250 square feet of space for the 50 employees who currently operate in the office.
