Nearly 400 businesspeople joined the Houston Business Journal at the Omni Hotel Houston April 20 to celebrate the 2017 Landmark Awards.
HBJ named winners in each of the 19 categories.
Winners were selected from a pool of 56 finalists, some of which were honored in multiple categories. Additionally, Edna Meyer-Nelson, president and CEO of Houston-based The Richland Cos., was honored as the Lifetime Achievement award winner.
All of the winners and finalists are featured in a special section in the April 21 weekly edition of the Houston Business Journal.
Projects are recognized for excellence in land planning, design, construction, economics, marketing and management. Nominations were open to all real estate activity occurring in the greater Houston area from Jan. 1, 2016, through Dec. 31, 2016.
