HOUSTON – Stream Realty Partners has hired Robert Bridges as its new managing director of property management for Stream’s Houston office.
Bridges, who has over 27 years of experience in commercial property management, most recently served as director of property management at Hines where he led a team of over 130 professionals and oversaw a portfolio of 13 million square feet of office and retail space.
“In my [new role], I will work closely with our operational teams to insure that our client’s investment objectives are being met,” Bridges told GlobeSt.com. “The field of property management is sometimes viewed as a commodity service, but my role is to ensure that the quality of our work sets Stream far apart from the pack and is viewed by the investment community as best in class.”

Bridges holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Louisiana State University. He is also involved with the Commercial Investment Real Estate Institute (CIREI), the United States Green Building Council (USGBC), Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) and the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM).
