DALLAS – September 4, 2024 – Stream Realty Partners, in conjunction with Dallas and California-based Fenway Capital Advisors announce the completion of a $50 million renovation at The Gild, formerly Campbell Center.
Strategically located at the southeast corner of Interstate 75 and Northwest Highway, The Gild is a premier Class A property featuring two 20-story towers and two two-story concourse buildings known as The Lofts at the Gild, totaling an impressive 899,460 square feet. Renowned architect Gensler spearheaded the transformation, elevating the tenant and visitor experience with state-of-the-art amenities and contemporary design.
The Gild’s transformation starts with the arrival experience, where enhanced entrances to both the North and South towers open to upgraded lobbies boasting hospitality lounges, coffee bars, and “grab & go” options, complemented by the newly opened White Rhino coffee shop and Hightower Café. Modern amenities include a state-of-the-art conference center, a fitness center, and an on-demand car transportation service. In addition, the in-house concierge in each tower provides personal/individualized services to the tenants and their employees. The Lofts offer redesigned interiors featuring social corridors and tenant lounges with active and quiet zones. These areas included a media room, shuffleboard, ping-pong, workspace, conference rooms, and arcade games. Additionally, the building has successfully completed over 100,000 square feet of modern spec suites ranging in size from 2,000 to 16,000 square feet.
