Stream Realty Partners Completes 359,174 SF Lease-Up in 10 Months
MIAMI – August 4, 2026 – Stream Realty Partners, a national commercial real estate firm offering an integrated platform of services, has fully leased Palmetto 74 Logistics Center, a four-building, 403,496-square-foot Class A industrial park located at 8100-8130 NW 74th Street in Medley, Florida. The milestone follows the final 76,605-square-foot lease to Vision Aerospace, an FAA- and EASA-certified Part 145 repair station, bringing the project to 100% occupancy on behalf of the owner, Link Logistics.
When Stream assumed the leasing assignment in September 2025, Palmetto 74 was approximately 11% leased. Over the next 10 months, the team completed five leases totaling 359,174 square feet, increasing occupancy from 11% to 100% while executing more than $90 million in lease transactions.
