Residents of the eastern portion of Pearland have a new shopping destination packed with national tenants.
More retailers have opened in The Center at Pearland Parkway, a 165,000-square-foot power center developed by Stream Realty Partners at FM 518 and Pearland Parkway.
The center also draws business from the population in Friendswood and Alvin.
“This project features a great combination of strong national retailers and amazing access for an extremely underserved area of Pearland,” Mark Sondock, managing director at Stream Realty Partners, said in an announcement. “As evidenced by the great reception we’ve received from the market, we’re really looking forward to providing the community with a great mix of tenants they can be excited about.”
The center opened last year with anchors Petco, TJ Maxx and Palais Royal opening in November. The next stores to open will be Ross Dress for Less and Five Below, with openings planned in March, followed by Salons by JC in April. Other tenants are: Rack Room, Rue 21, Payless, America’s Best Contacts & Eyewear, MOD Pizza, Mattress Firm, Massage Envy, European Wax Center, Paris Nails & Spa, Sprint and Menchies Yogurt.
“Our goal when we began development of The Center at Pearland Parkway was to provide nearby residents with convenient access to the shops, restaurants, and services they expect from a growing city like Pearland,” Ralph Tullier, managing director at Stream Realty Partners, said. “We continue to see expansive growth throughout the city, and we’re very happy to be a part of that growth.”
Just south of the center, H-E-B Pearland Market opened last year.
