The owner of a highly coveted Austin office portfolio with several million square feet has chosen Stream Realty Partners to lease nine of its world-class properties.
Representing Atlanta-based Cousins Properties, Stream, a national real estate services, development, and investment company, will market and lease 2,435,802 square feet of Class A office space across four office buildings in the Central Business District, one in Northwest Austin, and four in Southwest Austin. The portfolio joins Stream Austin’s existing top-tier CBD properties.

Executive Managing Director Will Nichols and National Head of Office Investor Services and Partner Preston Young recently recruited the trio to Stream to bolster the firm’s Central Texas presence while also representing local landlords and institutional office owners of existing and ground-up developments. They previously had closed over 6.5 million square feet of transactions in Austin ranging from small leases to complex Class AA full-building leases.
