Stream Realty Partners has recruited a new Managing Director with 20 years of commercial real estate experience to grow its Austin portfolio and team.

Rachel Coulter joins Stream, a national real estate services, development, and investment company, from JLL, where she served as a co-leader of the agency leasing team. She will be responsible for working alongside Executive Managing Directors and Partners David Blackbird and Will Nichols to bolster the firm’s Central Texas presence while also representing local landlords and institutional office owners of existing and ground-up developments. Senior Vice President Travis Rogers and Senior Associate Coleman Jackson have also joined Stream Austin.

“I am thrilled to join this dynamic and enthusiastic team,” Coulter said. “The vision of the leaders locally and nationally is inspiring. It is exciting to partner with such entrepreneurial- and creative-minded people.”

Coulter, Rogers, and Jackson bring to Stream a strong track record in terms of transaction volume. Their portfolio has ranged from sophisticated Class A high-rise buildings to single-user projects. They have closed over 6.5 million square feet of transactions ranging from small leases to complex Class AA full-building leases.

Coulter is a current member and past president of the Commercial Brokers Association of Austin and is on the executive committee of the board for the Real Estate Council of Austin.

“Rachel’s decision to join Stream is a unique reflection of our growth since Stream Austin opened in 2006,” Nichols said. “She was a friend and mentor in our early years.  We have now grown into a company that attracts high-caliber professionals and provides them with career growth and advancement opportunities. Rachel’s reputation as an energetic dealmaker who possesses exceptional market knowledge has made her an industry leader who we are proud to have join us.”

Rogers was previously Senior Vice President at JLL and has over eight years of institutional office agency transaction experience. He will be responsible for providing lease transaction-related services for institutional and local owners. Rogers is a current board member of CBA and a member of RECA and the Urban Land Institute. Rogers was a member of the 2019 RECA Leadership Development Council.

Jackson was previously an Associate at JLL. He joins Stream’s Agency Leasing team as a Senior Associate. He will assist in the marketing and leasing of office properties primarily in Downtown Austin. He is a current member of RECA, CBA, and ULI. He also serves as an Ambassador for the Gazelle Foundation’s Run For The Water in Austin.
