Stream Realty Partners continues to bolster its office leasing team in Chicago with the hiring of a nearly 12-year commercial real estate veteran.
Erica Marshall joined Stream, a national commercial real estate firm offering an integrated platform of services, as a Vice President. She will be responsible for sourcing, winning, and executing office business across all service lines, concentrating on landlord representation. Her expertise includes providing value-add leasing and advisory services to investors and third-party clients in Chicago. Prior to joining Stream, Marshall spent 11.5 years at Zeller.
“Stream is a broker powerhouse, and I’m looking forward to the many opportunities I’ll have to work alongside a team of high-caliber professionals,” Marshall said. “I love what I do, and I am passionate about real estate–whether meeting decision-makers, solving challenges, the design aspect, or making a difference in the community. Stream’s entrepreneurial platform will allow me to do it all while serving my clients’ needs.”
Marshall got her start in commercial real estate when she joined Zeller as a Leasing Assistant supporting a brokerage team in marketing and leasing endeavors at The Wrigley Building. She ascended the ranks during her tenure there, reaching Leasing Director responsible for four Class A and B office properties totaling 2.8 million square feet in Chicago’s Central Business District and north suburban submarket. Marshall is credited with being an integral part of the team that secured The Wrigley Building leasing assignment. Walton Street Capital, Mansueto Office, Cindat, and Invesco, are several clients she has worked with during her career.
“We are very excited to be adding Erica as a member of our team,” said Mark Bâby, a Stream Chicago Managing Director. “Erica comes very well-respected within the real estate community and will be an excellent culture fit. There is no doubt her experience and hard work will make an immediate impact on our team and with our clients.”
Marshall holds a real estate license in Illinois and is a member of the Chicago Office Leasing Broker’s Association (COLBA) and Chicago Real Estate Women (CREW). She became a member of the Children’s Service Board at Lurie Children’s Hospital in 2019 and currently serves as the Corporate Sponsorship Chair.
Stream Chicago has hired a number of office professionals in the last several months, including Jordan Decker and Adrian Boone. Executive Managing Director and Partner Patrick Russo is focused on building Stream Chicago into the most dynamic full-service operator in the region. The core office has grown to more than 40 professionals in the last four years, responsible for leasing and managing nearly 31 million square feet of office and industrial space across the metro area.
