The assignment expands Stream’s relationship with Menashe Properties in Chicago. With the addition of 180 North LaSalle, Stream now provides leasing and property management services for all three of Menashe Properties’ Chicago office assets, including 125 South Wacker and 230 West Monroe.
Located in Chicago’s Financial District, 180 North LaSalle Street is located directly across from the James R. Thompson Center, which will be Google’s future Chicago headquarters, and offers immediate access to public transportation, courthouses, government offices, and the broader Central Business District. The property features an updated lobby and amenities, including The Hub@180, a dedicated amenity floor with a tenant lounge, fitness center, conference center, bike storage, lockers, and wellness-focused offerings.
