NASHVILLE – October 13, 2025 – Stream Realty Partners, a national commercial real estate firm offering an integrated platform of services, has broken ground on Central Pike, Lebanon, Tennessee’s newest speculative Class A industrial development. The two-building project will deliver over 1 million square feet of premier industrial space in Wilson County.
Situated on 89.2 acres at the 1600 block of Central Pike, the development features two state-of-the-art industrial facilities designed for efficiency and scale. Building A will offer 355,982 square feet of light industrial space with a cross-dock configuration, a 130-foot truck court, 80 trailer parking spaces, 40-foot clear heights, and an ESFR sprinkler system. Building B will total 724,146 square feet and include a cross-dock configuration, a 130-foot truck court, 177 trailer parking spaces, 40-foot clear heights, and an ESFR system. Together, the buildings represent 1,080,128 square feet of modern industrial space designed to meet the needs of today’s logistics and manufacturing users.
The project’s strategic location provides direct access to Tennessee State Route 109 and Interstate 840, placing tenants within one day’s drive of 50% of the United States population. Nashville is also one of only six U.S. cities where three major interstates converge—Interstates 24, 40, and 65—offering companies a distinct advantage in speed and connectivity across regional and national supply chains.
“The launch of Central Pike marks Stream’s first industrial development in the Nashville market,” said Dale Todd, Senior Director at Stream. “This project reflects Stream’s long-term commitment to the economic success of Lebanon and the Middle Tennessee region, and we believe it will attract businesses that value connectivity, modern design, and scale.”
“Central Pike represents a milestone for Stream in Tennessee,” said Rob Lowe, Executive Managing Director & Partner at Stream. “Our goal is to deliver best-in-class industrial space that meets the evolving needs of occupiers while driving new investment and job opportunities in the Nashville market.”
Stream is developing the project through its Investment Management platform. The project team includes Rob Lowe, Dale Todd, Senior Director Drue Stoehr, and Vice President of Investments Mitch Kingsley. Cushman & Wakefield is handling the leasing, and MYCON General Contractors is serving as the general contractor.
